All prices quoted for wine are for SINGLE bottles (except special offers) and are inclusive of GST.


Freight Charges: These are calculated by your postcode location at checkout.

If you are purchasing multiple dozens, please contact us and we will organise a cheaper postage price for bulk buys.

When ordering, your Shopping Cart will show the wines you have ordered.

Once you proceed to the checkout you will be asked to enter delivery postcode (along with other delivery address details), which will be used to calculate the appropriate delivery costs. An order total (including delivery) will then be shown.

All Silver and Gold Loyalty Members Receive Free Shipping (Wine Club orders not included)

Payment Security


Credit card transactions are performed using the ANZ Bank's Secure Online Internet Payment System Website. This site uses industry standard coded encryption techniques to ensure your security. No third party ever gets to see your card details.

Your contact details and any other information that you supply us with remains private and will never be passed on or sold to advertisers or other mailing lists.

Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone apart from the bank and will only be used for payment of your order.


Please allow up to 14 days for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. If you have not received your wines in this time frame please contact us and we will trace your delivery.

We use Couriers Please for our deliveries. If you are not at home at the time when they deliver, Contact your local Courier to organise pick up.

Refunds and Returns

If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it.

Changes of Vintage

We make every effort to keep the information regarding vintage availability for each wine up to date but from time to time we are unable to supply the vintage listed on the website. If this occurs we will contact the customer prior to sending the wine to confirm that the alternative is acceptable.
